Lesson 9

Lesson 9: This lesson has helped me in many ways, with regards to my pre title sequence; as it has enabled me to get a better understanding of just how the film industry works (regards to the distribution of films).  This lesson has taught me about, what distribution really is and how films have been distributed in a certain way, from start to finish, in order to communicate things to the audience.  Looking at distribution in this lesson has helped me alot, with regards to my title sequence; it has given me an overall understanding about films, in regard to understanding that distribution also plays a big part in communicating to the audience; giving them a overview of the film and it's themes.

 

In the second half of the lesson we started to look at how to write a pitch, for our film idea that we are to make a title sequence for. This once again gave me more confidence and knowledge on how to write a pitch and the basic fundamentals you would need in order to write a pitch.
